We love partnering with women who want to bring people together outdoors. If you enjoy creating connection, know a great trail or walking route, or simply want to help build community in a different way — we’d love to connect and co-host a hike or walk with you.
Have Questions? Here’s What to Expect.
HIKE walks and hikes are for anyone building in Spokane — whether that’s a business, a career, or a life. While our community is primarily women, anyone aligned with the mission and who supports creating a safe space for women, women-identifying, and femme-presenting people is welcome.
These are community-led experiences designed for connection. Each hike or walk is co-hosted by someone in the HIKE network, creating space to meet new people, have meaningful conversations, and spend time outdoors. Every experience includes a light mindfulness element to help you slow down and be present.
Yes, please have walking or hiking experience. If you cannot walk, we will help identify beforehand if the location has accomidations for you.
Each experience varies depending on the co-host, but you can expect a relaxed pace, an inclusive environment, and time to connect along the way. Some may be more social, others more reflective — all are designed with community in mind.
Durations vary depending on the route, but most fall within a 45–90 minute range. Specific details are shared for each event.
Locations vary across Spokane and the surrounding areas. Each event will include specific details so you know what to expect before you join.
Yes — and most people do. HIKE is designed to make it easy to show up and feel included, even if you don’t know anyone yet.
Water, comfortable shoes, and layers depending on the weather. Keep it simple.
Most HIKE walks and hikes are designed to be accessible. Any costs or details will be clearly listed on the individual event.
Each hike is co-hosted by a member of the HIKE community. Participants are encouraged to be aware of their surroundings and move at a pace that feels right for them. By joining, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks.
