Community Guidelines

This is an intentional space. We built it with care, and we ask everyone who enters it to honor that.

This space is designed specifically for women, women-identifying, and femme-presenting individuals who reside in Spokane and the Inland Northwest region.

By joining this community, you are confirming that this includes you.

This space is not open to: — Men or male-identifying individuals — Those who do not reside in the Inland Northwest — Those who cannot uphold these community guidelines

How we show up — We lead with respect. For ourselves and for each other. — We make space for every woman in the room — not just the ones who look, think, or build like us. — We celebrate each other's wins without making them about competition. — We hold space for vulnerability without sharing what isn't ours to share. What is said in this space stays in this space. — We do not diminish, talk over, or dismiss another woman's experience. — We show up as we are. No performance. No pretense.

How we communicate — We assume good intent and address harm directly. — We do not engage in gossip, negativity, or behavior that undermines the safety of this community. — We welcome disagreement. We do not welcome disrespect. — We do not solicit, spam, or use this community purely for self-promotion.

How we handle conflict — If something doesn't feel right, you are encouraged to bring it to HIKE leadership directly. — We believe in repair. If harm occurs we address it — we do not ignore it. — Repeated or serious violations of these guidelines will result in removal from the event and the community without refund.

A note on privacy — Photos and video taken at HIKE events should not include other attendees without their explicit consent. — What is shared in our private spaces stays there. Period. — Personal information shared within this community is not to be used for solicitation or shared outside of this space without consent.

A note on inclusivity HIKE with Her is committed to building a community that reflects the full diversity of women in the Inland Northwest — across age, race, ethnicity, culture, sexuality, ability, and background. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.

The bottom line We are building something real here. That requires every woman in this community to show up with intention, integrity, and care for the women around her.

If you cannot uphold these guidelines you will be asked to leave. Thank you for understanding and for being part of this.
