The Advisory Board exists to ensure HIKE remains:

This is a strategic advisory board, not a governing board — designed to guide vision, partnerships, and long-term impact.


Advisory Board members act as thought partners and community connectors. You help shape direction, identify gaps, and ensure HIKE continues to serve women across industries and career stages.
Board members contribute through:
Strategic insight and informed perspective
Community advocacy and relationship-building
Guidance on programming, partnerships, and future initiatives
Time Commitment: One 60-minute meeting per month (virtual)
Engagement: Participation in HIKE events
Term: 12-month initial commitment
Approach: Collaborative, values-aligned, community-first
