Spokane’s only women in business ecosystem builders

HIKE is a trailhead for women who want to rise—and bring others with them.

Founded in Spokane, HIKE is a women-owned, women-led platform designed to support the growth, visibility, and funding of women in business. Through mentorship, community connection, education, and capital access—we help women not only start the climb but reach the summit.

We center women and women-identified individuals across all industries, backgrounds, and identities, creating a space where psychological safety, collaboration, and real support come first.

We’re building a system for women’s success

HIKE isn’t just another women’s group in Spokane — it’s the first ecosystem built to unify them.

While Spokane is rich in women-led organizations, clubs, and networks, many women still feel unsure where to start, who to connect with, or how to navigate the fragmented options available. HIKE was created to solve that problem.

We are not here to compete — we are here to connect.

HIKE serves as a central hub that meets women where they are in their business or career journey and guides them toward the best next step. Sometimes, that next step is us — and often, it’s another outstanding organization in Spokane already doing great work. Our platform is built to spotlight those groups, direct traffic to them, and help women plug in with clarity and confidence.

To build a thriving ecosystem where women in business are equipped, empowered, and elevated through meaningful connection, shared knowledge, and access to resources—including capital.

Our Mission

A woman with dark hair and glasses sitting at a wooden table using a tablet, with a black coffee mug nearby, in a cozy room with wooden walls and large windows showing greenery outside. The table has festive decorations with white and red striped candy canes in a black bowl.

A world where women shape the future of innovation, leadership, and community well-being.

Our Vision

The Pillars That Power Our Path

One Shared Mission.

Personal growth and collective power live here. We’re building a stronger ecosystem for women in business—together.

Innovation

We don’t just follow trails—we create them. Innovation means testing new ideas and building what we wish existed.

Knowledge

From real talk to real tools, we share what works. Knowledge fuels growth—and we don’t gatekeep.

Empowerment

When women rise together, anything’s possible. We’re here to amplify each other and lead boldly.

Your Invitation to Collaborate

HIKE invites every women-focused group, nonprofit, chamber, and business support program in Spokane to link arms with us. We want to amplify your work, send members your way, and help professional women navigate the incredible community that already exists — now with a map in hand.
